Learning more at the Emirates Heritage Club

Teachers and students went to the Emirates Heritage Club to see in practice what they have been learning about in UAE Social Studies. The trip was the perfect balance between fun and learning; from henna and camels, to Mr. Abdullah and his team talking about Sheikh Zayed and the growth of the UAE over the last 50 years. Students were asked to feedback about what they saw and enjoyed from the day:

Areesha, Year 6: "I saw an Arabic play, it was so funny. There was also traditional food."
Maha, Year 4: "I enjoyed the Emirates Heritage club, and the traditional clothes from the UAE."
Magdalyne, Year 2: "I really enjoyed the ladies that did henna for my friends, that was awesome!
