Reach British School celebrated the UAE’s 45th National Day Anniversary with festivities and recognition for the historic day the seven emirates joined together to form the modern day country we all live in.
Parents were invited and cultural activities were organised, where our students performed music, dance and a military show from Grade 4 boys typical of the UAE. Highlights of the morning included a traditional Emirati Youla dance from the Grade 7 boys, dances from the Secondary girls, KG singing the Seven Emirates song, and a student-sponsored food fest where they shared popular homely dishes and Arabic coffee with fellow students, staff and parents.
The video shows KG2 rehearsing for their debut on stage singing the Seven Emirates Song.
