#BreakTheBias – In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Reach community had the opportunity to attend an Arabic webinar conducted by one of our amazing parents, Dr. Jaydaa Seyam.
Dr. Seyam is an Assistant Professor at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic University and spoke to our families about the role women play in society.
She shared details of her journey, how the roles of women have changed in society and she also had this to say to the women of our community:
“You have a lot of energy, passion, and achievements. Always remind yourself of the importance of who you are, your achievements, and self-recognition.” Dr. Jaydaa
At Reach, we are committed to highlighting the important role that everyone has within our community and beyond. Marking Women’s Day this year, we are given a chance to remind our community that celebrating our difference only makes us stronger and leads to a world where we can #BreakTheBias.
