Student Absence
If your child is ill or unable to attend school, please contact your class teacher directly. Please also include absence@reachbritishchool.com via email. If your child normally takes the bus, you should also call the bus assistant. If the bus assistant is not aware, this may delay the bus leaving making the other children late.
Early Pick-Up
This is only allowed for medical appointments and emergencies. Early pick-up for medical appointments should be arranged prior to the event. Parents should email the class teacher and receptionist to inform them and proceed to the administration building to collect a permission slip.
In emergencies ONLY, parents should proceed to the administration building for a permission slip.
Children will not be allowed to leave class without a permission slip before 2.30pm.
Reach British School appreciate your patience and understanding in keeping all children safe during the school day.
