One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world.”–Malala Yousafzai
This week Year 6 girls with Ms Bridin were inspired by Malala Yousafzai, and they made the decision to do something about it. By organising a non-uniform day for the whole school and faculty, they raised nearly AED 5,000 in school to support the Malala Fund, a charity which wants to see a world where every girl can complete 12 years of free, safe, quality education.
We congratulate 6A for the research and hard work they’ve been doing. Are you taking action over the things you care about?
